How fast can I receive my QuickPay once it is issued?
- Payments can be received in as little as 30 mins, but generally within 1 business day. Here are some variables that affect payment processing speeds:
- A shipment must be confirmed delivered in the Autosled system before a payment is issued. To ensure quick confirmation, Autosled’s BOL must be used at the time of delivery and completed properly.
- Banking hours may effect late night deliveries
- Different banking or financial institutions may have different processing systems, and there may be a slight delay depending on who you do business with
Once I’m enrolled in AutoSled’s QuickPay Program, do I need to complete a new form for each shipment?
No, enrollment in AutoSled’s QuickPay Program means all future shipments will automatically be paid on net 1 terms, with a 1.9% fee applied to each invoice line item.
How do I make changes to my payment terms?
To no longer receive QuickPays from AutoSled a letter of release must be sent to autosled@roadsync.com notifying AutoSled & RoadSync you no longer wish to receive QuickPays. This process can take up to 3 business days to be flipped from QuickPays back to Regular ACH!
Does everyone qualify for the QuickPay program?
Every one of Autosled’s verified carriers are eligible to sign up for QuickPay. However, while the majority of banks and financial institutions are capable of QuickPay, some are ineligible. If your bank cannot accept QuickPay, your payment terms will default to standard ACH.
