A Better Way to Get Paid
Autosled uses a 3rd-party provider to handle accounts payable for our transporter network. The purpose is to make the payment process for car haulers as easy and fast as possible. This allows you to focus on running your business, instead of chasing payments.
Your payments are handled by our finance partners in order to adhere to the highest security standards possible. Your info will never be stored in the Autosled Platform.
All payments come through along with each individual load ID, so you know exactly which payments are pending or received. Having eyes on your cash flow is key!
Using this system is the first step towards our goal of offering real-time payments. Autosled wants you to get paid as soon as possible!

Autosled uses a 3rd-party B2B payment provider (Melio) to handle accounts payable for our transporter network. Our goal is to make the payment process for car haulers as easy and fast as possible so you can focus on running your business, instead of chasing payments.
Your payments are handled by our finance partners in order to adhere to the highest security standards possible. Your info will never be stored in the Autosled Platform.
All payments come through along with each individual load ID, so you know exactly which payments are pending or received. Having eyes on your cash flow is key!
Using this system is the first step towards our goal of offering real-time payments. Autosled wants you to get paid as soon as possible!
Standard Payment Process
Autosled will never charge for standard payments. We believe transporters deserve every penny that they earn, and they deserve to get it quick. All Autosled loads go through a verification and payment approval process after being delivered. Using ACH, the payment process generally takes 4 business days after a load is delivered to be deposited into your account (you can also opt for a paper check, which takes 7-10 days). There is no fee.
Please note that factors like late night drop-offs, outside BOLs/inspections, weekends and holidays can effect payment time.
Autosled has grown a lot over the past few years, and making a process change was necessary to handle the increased amount of transporter payments safely and effectively. We are still in the early stages of this change over, and we will continue to work on and explore options to increase the speed and functionality of our standard payment process.
First Time: Setting up Payments
Payments are issued after deliveries have been verified using Autosled’s BOL feature. After approval, a remittance email will be sent to your company’s main administrator. This email will come from: Service@melio.com and will inform the user of incoming payments. Click “accept payment” to continue.
Important: If your payment emails are not coming through, please call Autosled at (240) 880-2702 to make sure the correct administrator information is on file.
After accepting payment, you will be taken to the payment portal. You can now select how you’d like to receive your payment.
Note: All initial payments must be received through a method other than Quick Pay. Quick Pay can be selected after you have received your first payment from Autosled’s payment portal.
For the initial payment, choose a standard ACH bank transfer or a mailed check. Physical checks can take up to 7 days to send and are subject to the postal service’s delivery times. There is no fee.
When you select the ACH option for the first time, you will need to put in your account and routing number. This will be stored for future use. Hit “accept payment” and you’re good to go!
This will become your default payment method going forward and payments will automatically process unless you decide to use any available quick pay options.
Once you’ve accepted the payment, the ACH deposit will take 2-3 business days to hit your bank account.
Important: You are not required to create a Melio account. Creating an account will allow you to log into their customer portal in order to track all payments. Creating an account does require additional verification and does not affect your ability to receive payments.

Autosled Quick Pay
New and exciting – Autosled is now offering Quick Pay so transporters can get paid as fast as possible. It’s important to note that Quick Pay is still in its “Beta” phase. We will continue to update and re-tool this process as time goes on. Expect the mechanics and terms to evolve as we nail it down.
How it Works
Autosled now offers two different kinds of Quick Pay, and your options will vary based on your banking. Currently, 70% of all banking institutions are able to handle one or both of our Quick Pay methods, and we are working on making it available for all.
Real Time Pay is available for some users and is the fastest payment method possible. If your bank is eligible, you will have a “Get Paid Instantly” option in your remittance email. You will need to enter your debit card information associated with your bank account on your first usage. You can expect payments within minutes, regardless of time of day, weekends or holidays! This option comes with a 1% service fee.
Fast ACH is available to some users who are not applicable for Real Time Pay. If you are eligible, you will see an option that says “Get paid today”. This is an accelerated ACH payment that you can expect to receive within 24 hours of accepting. You will not need to enter any additional information, as payment will be sent to the account you already have on file. This option will also come with a 1% service fee. Note that weekends and holidays can affect payment times.
Can I Use Quick Pay?
You cannot use Quick Pay on your first load with Autosled. Every transporter must get paid one time using the standard method first. However, most users will be eligible for Quick Pay on all proceeding loads. You must choose Quick Pay for each load that you would like accelerated payment on. It is not automatic.
Note that there are still a large number of banking institutions that are not compatible with Quick Pay yet, and we are working on it. Keep in mind that we are still in the initial stages and Quick Pay options may not be available at all times.
